Cross Train Swimmers

Swim up to 3 times per week Monday - Thursday. 

For the first day of swimming, please review the swim expectations for the competitive swimmers (groups 2, 3, 4), and come to the practice where you feel your swimmer best fits.  Within the first two weeks of May, the coaches will be evaluating and placing swimmers with the appropriate skill level group (group 2, 3 or 4 times as outlined in our competitive program).
